Paintball is an aggressive form of the game "Capture the Flag." Participants, usually in teams ranging from 3 to 5 members, and carrying weapons that can propell thin-skinned gelatin capsuls containing non-toxic, non-caustic, water-soluable, biodegradable dye, compete to capture a flag, while attempting to eliminate opposing team members. Games usually last less then an hour.
